Tasting Notes:

• Light: This is a sweet and nuanced cup at the lighter roast points. We find notes of blackberry, citrus peel, and baking spices. Due to the extended fermentation, this coffee has a slightly boozy feel to it, almost sangria like. 
• Medium: A little bit more balanced at the medium roast points. It’s still a fruity cup, but with a more defined undertone full of baking spices like nutmeg and allspice.
• Dark: Darker roasts will mute up much of the fruity sweetness found in the cup and add in some toasty/smoky notes, giving the cup a fuller bodied feel.

Process: Washed, Yeast Fermentation
Additional Information: This particular lot has gone through an extended fermentation with yeast starter cultures, resulting in a sweet, fruity, and slightly boozy cup. This is a super unique and innovative coffee that you don’t want to miss!
