- All coffee is roasted on Tuesdays. Orders for local delivery will be delivered 2-3 days following their roast date. All orders that need to be shipped will go out within 2 days from their roast date. This planning helps us manage our roasting effectively and ensure that you get the freshest coffee possible!

Tasting Notes:
- Light: A great option for fans of lower acidity coffees! We find subtle floral and citrus notes accompanied by a caramel and nutty undertone.
- Medium: Rich and sweet, we find notes caramel, milk chocolate, toffee, and a bit of citrus at the medium roast points. This is a great everyday drinker – lots of flavor but no over the top fruity/acidic notes.
- Dark: Semisweet chocolate, caramel, and toasty are some of the notes we find at darker roast points. This is a coffee that dark roast drinkers will love!

Additional Information: This lot hails from the COMSA cooperative in Honduras. More than 1,500 producers are members of COMSA and the organization strives to live in harmony with nature. They even donate a significant portion of coffee sales to an international school to train future leaders of the cooperative.
